Partner Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Blue Staffing handles information submitted through the Partner Network portal.

Information we use

We process company, authorised contact, recruitment capacity and compliance information supplied for pre-qualification. If a company continues to verification, we may also request business references and commercial information. We keep limited security, authentication, payment-status and audit information needed to operate and protect the portal.

Why we use it

We use the information to administer the application, verify claims, assess compliance and commercial fit, communicate with the applicant, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Verification payment data is processed by Stripe; Blue Staffing does not receive full card details. Company VAT IDs and related company details may be checked against the European Commission VIES service and the validation result, time and reference may be retained as tax-compliance evidence.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorised Blue Staffing reviewers and service providers required to operate authentication, payment, hosting, security and the internal application workflow. We do not sell application data.

Retention and rights

Application information is retained only as long as necessary for review, compliance, dispute prevention and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention procedure. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
